Gluten-Free Coconut Water with Lime

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit of choice
- 1 cup liquid (almond milk, coconut milk, or water)
- 1 tbsp nut butter, chia seeds, or protein powder
- 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth.
