Gluten-Free Ricotta Lemon Crepes
A delicious gluten-free ricotta lemon crepes recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 1 tsp certified gluten-free baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions

Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven or cooking surface as needed.

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.

Fold wet into dry until just combined. Let rest 5 minutes if a batter.
