Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 1 tbsp certified gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

    Whisk together the GF flour blend, certified GF baking powder, sugar, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Rest batter 5 minutes.

    Heat a greased non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

    Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook 1-2 more minutes.
